Advice and Support

As your MP I can address issues on behalf of my constituents.  If you have concerns about, or problems with, a service from a public or private organisation, my intervention can make a difference after other complaints processes have failed.  It is also important to me that I know what services are, and are not, delivering as they should for the local area.

As your representative in Parliament, I am also keen to know what my constituents feel about local, national or international issues.

Please do get in touch by one of the methods below – email is our preferred method.  Please be aware that due to the large volume of requests for help and support I receive every day, I aim to reply to emails, letters and phone messages and within 10 working days, if you have requested action to be taken.   I would like to be able to respond more quickly, but my team is very small and Parliamentary budgets do not allow us to employ more people to be able to respond to the very large volume of work.

I hold regular advice surgeries every week, usually in Hounslow, where you can meet with me.  Appointments are often fully booked well in advance. So if you wish to book an appointment, please make sure you contact my office as early as possible.  Appointments last for 15 minutes.

However, my team and I can deal with issues without you needing to come to my advice surgery, particularly if it is an urgent matter.
